Super Krishna Crush
Art Direction • Concept Art • UI Art • Character Art
Super Krishna Crush is a match-2 game built around a beloved, kid-friendly version of the Hindu deity Krishna. The brief called for the same rich, vibrant energy players expect from top titles in the genre, rooted in color and form that felt distinctly Indian: traditional motifs and ornamentation woven into a familiar mechanic.
I created key art assets and worked with the team on story beats and Krishna himself, an iconic character who reacts to every player action with charm and personality. Together we built the animations and visual effects that gave the game its energy and warmth.
Board & Tiles Explorations
I explored many directions for board and tile design before settling on solid, rock-like tiles with symbols engraved into them, carrying the same juicy, vibrant colors as the rest of the game.
Game Elements
I wanted charming, playful characters to give the game its vibrant, cheerful feel.
Power-ups, Boosters, Tile Variations
Power-ups, boosters, and tile variations carry the same polished, vibrant style through to every part of the board.
Character Explorations
Krishna is the game's iconic lead, reacting to every player action with real charm and personality. Pose and expression explorations shaped that character.
