Fruit Ninja Adventures
Art Direction • UI Art • Environment Art
Fruit Ninja Adventures is a sequel to the original game, introducing level-based gameplay and new mechanics: a roster of ninjas and blades, each with its own special ability. When setting the art direction, I aimed to give the familiar, somewhat wonky Fruit Ninja style a fresh, graphic feel while staying true to the brand. The project was ultimately discontinued.
Battle Pass
The battle pass carries the same fresh, graphic feel, built around characters and blades that players can unlock and collect.
Dojos
I designed the visual look of the Dojos, the game's progression system where players spend upgrades. Two are featured here: Hoshi's Garden and Ken's Gallery, each with its own setting and set of tasks.
Hoshi’s Garden
A quaint, outdoor setting, and the dojo where the journey starts.
Ken’s Gallery
Players move in and settle into Ken's new place, upgrade by upgrade.
Game Mode Art & Ingredients
Each level type carries its own game mode art and set of ingredients, giving players a visual cue for what to expect before they play.
Logo Explorations
A round of logo explorations for the game.
